Vehicle Accident at The County Line

At approximately 1714 hrs, Station 9 and Medic 99 were alerted for a vehicle collision that was reported to be on Rt. 140 at the Carroll County and Baltimore County line.
Medic 99 arrived to find two cars in the middle of the roadway that had hit head-on. Baltimore County units from Station 41 had already arrived and had begun patient care. Medic 99 and the medic from Station 41 transported victims to local trauma centers with non-life threatening injuries. Rescue Squad 9 assisted with the cleanup of fluids in the roadway and cleared shortly thereafter. Units operated on the scene for approximately 30 minutes before turning the scene over to Maryland State Police.
