On Wednesday evening, the Roaring Run Lions Club hosted a dinner at the Finksburg Branch of the Carroll County Public Library. The event was held in conjunction with the donation that is given to the local branch annually. The Lions Club partners with The Reese Fire Company to host a fundraiser that benefits the needs for additional items at the local branch.
