Vehicle Extrication Drill

On Friday, June 24th 7 volunteers joined members from Westminster and Union Bridge for a vehicle extrication drill at the Carroll County Public Safety Training Center. Crews reviewed basic vehicle extrication and stabilization concepts and then applied those concepts to training vehicles.
