On April 22nd Carroll County 911 Supervisor (and Reese VFC Member) Michael Munshaur retired from Carroll County 911 after 40 years of service! Through the years, Mike has witnessed and been a part of many changes and upgrades to the communications system as well as to their locations. His knowledge and experience was always anticipated as well as appreciated when in work groups for improvements to the operations of the system. His vast knowledge of roads, structures and the infrastructure of Carroll County as a whole was immeasurable. He will be greatly missed in many of these aspects.
