| At 1:50 p.m., Rescue 9 was alerted to assist with a vehicle collision with entrapment in front of Carroll Community College on Washington Road. Units from Westminster FD arrived to find a vehicle in a precarious position after the collision with the driver still inside. Rescue 9's crew did stabilization on the vehicle and assisted in removing the patient who was transported to the hospital with non life threatening injuries. Units returned to service at 2:20.p.m. |
