On June 30, at approximately 12:00 p.m. units from Reese, Westminster and Reisterstown were alerted for a MVA in the area of Rt. 140 at Len Stoler Chevrolet.

On the scene, crews encountered a two vehicle MVA with one trapped. Aviation was requested with an additional medic unit along with Squad 414 from Reisterstown.

140 was shut down in both directions for an extended period of time to allow Aviation to land on the highway.
