| On Sunday evening just before 9, units were alerted for a collision at Rts 140 & 91. Units found the collision at 140 & the Old Westminster Pike just west of the 91 intersection. PM 99 tranported one to Carroll Hosp. Ctr. with non life threatening injuries. Units cleared at 2139 hrs. |
