RVFC Crews Respond to Vehicle Collision in 9-6 Area

On February 3, 2024 at 6:27 PM Reese & Community Volunteer Fire Company crews were dispatched for a vehicle collision at Rt 140 and Emory Road in the 9-6 Box area.

Units arrived on scene and found a head-on collision in invloving three vehicles in the westbound lanes of Rt. 140 in front of Lady Baltimore Floors along the 2800 block of Baltimore Blvd.

Crews worked quickly and extracted three patients from vehicles involved in the collision. Patients were assessed for injuries by the Crew from Medic 98 and resulted in no patients being transported to medical facilities.

From initial assessment, it is believed that the accident occurred due to a vehicle traveling the wrong direction on the highway.

Units on the scene were RS9 , ET 94, M98, CH 9-2, Fire Police 9, MSP and Maryland State Highway
