Shortly before 2:00 PM on Wednesday, Engine Tanker 94 (ET94) was dispatched to assist the Taneytown Volunteer Fire Company and surrounding departments with a working barn fire in Carroll County.

ET94 responded with a crew of four volunteers. Upon arrival, the unit supported water supply operations, while crew members assisted initial arriving units with fire suppression and overhaul efforts to bring the fire under control.

While ET94 was actively engaged in Taneytown, Engine 91 (E91) was transferred with a crew of four to Baltimore City Engine 30's quarters on Frederick Ave to provide station coverage during a large multi-alarm warehouse fire. This ensured continued fire protection for city residents while Baltimore units were committed to the incident.

These coordinated responses highlight the strength of regional mutual aid and the dedication of our volunteers to serve wherever needed.
