The Heart of the Reese Carnival: Our Volunteers

Every summer, thousands of people visit the Reese Carnival for the food, games, entertainment, and family fun.

What many don't see is the incredible group of volunteers working behind the scenes to make it all possible.

From serving food and cooking in the kitchen to running game booths, selling tickets, cleaning tables, stocking supplies, and helping guests throughout the grounds, the Reese Carnival is powered almost entirely by volunteers.

Neighbors serving neighbors.

Many of the familiar faces you'll see during carnival week are members of the Reese & Community Volunteer Fire Company, members of our Auxiliary, family members, friends, and supporters who generously give their time to help make the event a success.

Their efforts are about much more than providing a great week of summer entertainment.

The Reese Carnival is our largest annual fundraiser and plays a critical role in helping support the operation of our volunteer fire company. Funds raised during carnival week help provide equipment, training, apparatus maintenance, emergency response resources, and other necessities that allow us to continue serving our community 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Every hamburger served, every funnel cake prepared, every game played, and every ticket purchased helps support the mission of the Reese & Community Volunteer Fire Company.

As you enjoy the carnival this summer, we encourage you to take a moment to thank the volunteers who make it all possible. Their dedication and commitment help ensure that this community tradition continues year after year.

We are proud of our volunteers, grateful for their service, and honored to serve this community together.

Thank you for supporting the Reese Carnival and the Reese & Community Volunteer Fire Company.
