| Last evening, our Reese Juniors met for training as they prepare for the upcoming Carroll County Juniors Competition Day.
The evening included timed practice donning their turnout gear โ because sometimes every second counts! โ along with practicing the proper techniques for unrolling and rolling hose.
There was plenty of learning, teamwork, encouragement, and maybe just a little competitive spirit along the way. ๐
We are incredibly proud of our Juniors and everything they have already accomplished. The Junior Program gives young people an opportunity to learn fire service skills, build confidence, develop teamwork and leadership, and learn from those already serving in Fire & EMS.
Now theyโll have the opportunity to put some of those skills to work alongside Junior members from other Carroll County companies โ learning together, cheering one another on, and enjoying a little friendly competition.
