At approximately 0212 hrs on Friday, April 20th, Stations 9 and 13 were alerted on the second alarm for a building fire on Caraway Rd in Reisterstown (Baltimore County). Upon the arrival of the Carroll County departments, Engine 91 and Engine 134 were assigned to be RIT (Rapid Intervention Team). Through the duration of the fire, there were no incidents in which the assistance of the rapid intervention teams was needed.
Both Engine 91 and Engine 134 cleared at the same time after 3 hours of operating on the scene.
Medics 99 and 139 were also utilized by Baltimore County for this call. Medic 139 transported a patient to Northwest while Medic 99 stayed at the scene in case any further medical assistance was needed.
