At 10:43 PM Carroll County 911 Center received a call for a wrong-way driver. Your Reese and Community Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for and responded with Engine 91, Ambulance 98, Chief 9, and Utility 9-1. Units arrived to find a two (2) car vehicle collision in the fast lane of Eastbound Route 140. Ambulance 98 transported one (1) patient to a local hospital with minor injuries. After clean-up, the scene was turned over to Maryland State Police for investigation.
