REESE & COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY
FIRE POLICE
Fire police have played a vital support role at emergency incidents by helping to ensure the safety of firefighters, emergency personnel, and the public. At fires, vehicle collisions, and other emergency scenes, fire police were responsible for establishing traffic control points, directing motorists around hazards, and maintaining safe access routes for responding apparatus. By managing roadway closures, crowd control, and scene security, they helped reduce the risk of secondary accidents and allow firefighters and rescue personnel to focus on suppression, rescue, and medical operations.
As of June 2026 Reese and Community Volunteer Fire Company has ceased Fire Police operations. We thank all the fire police members both in our copmany and others that have dedicated their time to this service.
