On Sunday November 19, the members of Reese were invited again this year to display equipment at Gerstell Academy's annual 'Pie Run'. Quite a large number of family, friends and students were on hand to make the event a great success. After the equipment displays and the football games, the annual 'Pie Run' was topped off with awards and a 'silent auction'. Great fun was had by all and the members of Reese VFC would like to thank Dr. Fred Smith and his staff for the invitation and for putting together such a fun event. We are looking forward to attending next years 'Pie Run', at which time we have arranged a football game (through Dr. Smith) with the Naval Academy volunteers that assist with the 'run' at Gerstell. Until then, guess we'll be working out for the 'big day'. See you at next years 'run'.
