At 1917 hrs, Box 13-8 was struck for the barn fire on Louisville Road. Engine 91 responded on the first alarm assignment. Units arrived on scene with a metal barn well off. Crews established a water supply and put handlines into operation. The bulk of the fire was knocked from the exterior and crews went in to hit hot spots and overhaul the remaining structure and contents. Rescue Squad 9 responded on the RIT dispatch. Units from Reese remained on the scene approx. 3 hours.
