On Monday, January 29th at 3:05 p.m. Reese VFC was called to assist Pleasant Valley VFC and other units with a building fire at Brown Road and Halter Road in their 6-18 box area. Initially reported as a barn fire the first arriving units found a building well involved that was used for a private business. Chief 6 immediately requested a second alarm for which Engine 91 was alerted. After arriving in staging, Chief 9 was assigned as the Water Supply Officer and the crew was sent to the scene to assist with extinguishment and overhaul. Engine 91 returned to quarters at 5:30 p.m.
