| Today, our EMS Lieutenant Jeff Forloines and EMT Abby Frankfurth proudly served as standby at the Carroll County Veterans Celebration held at the Carroll County Farm Museum.
They were joined by personnel from Carroll County Department of Fire & EMS, Westminster Volunteer Fire Department, and Manchester Volunteer Fire Department to help ensure a safe and enjoyable event for all in attendance.
