| Today, members of the Reese & Community Volunteer Fire Company had the opportunity to participate in a live burn training exercise hosted by the Manchester Volunteer Fire Company alongside firefighters from several neighboring departments.
Live burn training provides firefighters with valuable hands-on experience in a controlled environment, allowing crews to practice fire attack, search, ventilation, water application, and other critical firefighting skills under realistic conditions.
Training opportunities such as this help firefighters build confidence, sharpen skills, and strengthen coordination with mutual aid partners. Working together during training ensures that when emergencies occur, crews can operate safely and effectively as a team.
We would like to thank the Manchester Volunteer Fire Company for hosting today's training and providing this excellent opportunity for firefighters from across the area to learn and train together.
At Reese, we remain committed to continuous training and professional development to better serve our community.
Thank you to all participating departments for their dedication to training, safety, and service. |
