| This weekend, three members of the Reese & Community Volunteer Fire Company volunteered their time to provide EMS coverage for the annual Carroll County Wine Festival.
EMS Lieutenant Jeff Forloines, EMS Lieutenant Sara Judd, and EMT Emma Forloines staffed Medic 99 throughout the event, helping ensure the safety and well-being of the many attendees who gathered to enjoy one of Carroll County's signature community events.
Providing EMS coverage at public events is an important part of our mission and allows us to support our community beyond emergency response. Whether responding to a medical emergency or simply being ready when needed, our members are proud to serve wherever they are called.
We would also like to recognize the partnership and teamwork demonstrated throughout the event by personnel from the Carroll County Department of Fire & Emergency Medical Services, Westminster Fire Company, and Manchester Volunteer Fire Department.
